Direct Hot Air Generator plant give direct Hot Air up to 700° C with dust particles below 40 micron size.

The temperature accuracy achieved by our automated plant is equivalent, if not better to your present firing system.

The plant can be operated in any of the  low cost solid fuel available locally. (Coal, Lignite, Groundnut Shell, Husk etc).

This plant is installed out side of the factory premises and clean hot is conveyed to the process.

Overall thermal efficiency is over 95%.
