This Fluidized bed hot air combustion, In-direct hot air generator plants replace your expensive LPG/LDO/NG/FO firing in Drying/Curing/Baking/Polymerising process.

This plants gives fresh clean Hot Air to the Process up to 450° C.

The temperature accuracy achieved by our automated plant is equivalent, if not better to your present firing system.

The plant can be operated in any of the  low cost solid fuel available locally. (Coal, Lignite, Groundnut Shell, Husk etc).

This plant is installed out side of the factory premises and clean hot is conveyed to the process.

Overall thermal efficiency is over 80%.
